2. What we collect, why, and on what basis

  • Name and phone for a reservation — to confirm and hold the table. Basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of your contract).
  • Name, phone and address for a delivery order — to prepare and deliver it. Basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  • Any comment or note you leave — to follow your instructions. Basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  • Order contents and value — preparation and accounting. Basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we carry out no automated decision-making or profiling.

3. Who else sees it

  • The bar staff and the person delivering your order.
  • The hosting provider the site runs on.
  • Our accountant and, where the law requires it, the competent authorities.

We have or put in place an Art. 28 GDPR contract with processors acting on our behalf.

4. How long we keep it

  • Accounting documents — the period set by tax and accounting law.

We store no card details, because the site takes no online payments. Access to reservations and orders is limited to staff behind a password.
